The Coaches Academy has changed coaches clinics forever! How many times have you paid a fortune for a clinic only to be given a free bottle of water when you arrived? Then had to pay a food vendor for a sandwich and pay for all your meals?Well at the Coaches Academy, be prepared to experience something you’ve never seen before unless you have attended in the past. The price of registration includes multiple food buffets, beverages and beer all weekend long! We have appetizers & finger foods during our happy hour on Friday and a great tailgate party buffet after the featured speaker on Friday night. PLUS… Breakfast on Saturday morning and a lunch buffet on Saturday as well! By the way, we will also have over 50 tremendous speaker sessions to attend some from some of the greatest football minds in the game today!

Locksley served as an assistant coach for several college football squads and became the head coach of the University of New Mexico in 2009, returning to Maryland as an offensive coordinator after coaching UNM in 2011. In 2015, Locksley was named the interim head coach at Maryland. Locksley also coached at the University of Alabama as an offensive analyst. Locksley was promoted to offensive coordinator for the 2018 season, and that year received the Broyles Award, given to the nation’s top assistant coach. Locksley returned to Maryland in December 2018.
Additionally, Locksley served as defensive backs coach and special teams coach at Towson State for the 1992 season, then defensive coordinator at Naval Academy Preparatory School in 1993 (defensive backs) and 1994 (defensive line), was outside linebackers coach at the University of the Pacific for 1995, then spent the 1996 season coaching tight ends and split ends at Army.
Locksley became the running backs coach for the University of Maryland under head coach Ron Vanderlinden in February 1997. Vanderlinden named Locksley to the additional post of recruiting coordinator. In February 2003, after six years at Maryland, Locksley was named as running backs coach and recruiting coordinator at the University of Florida under Ron Zook.
