Josh Pardini has been a member of the Lackawanna College athletics since 2009. Prior to his arrival at Lackawanna, Josh was the Offensive Coordinator and Backfield Coach at Greater Nanticoke Area High School. Josh started his career at Lackawanna as Tight Ends Coach, and has coached Defensive Backs, Running Backs, and Quarterbacks before being promoted to Offensive Coordinator, and Offensive Line Coach in 2015, a position he held until 2022. Josh now serves as the Assistant Director of Athletics at Lackawanna College.

Josh has helped the Falcons finish in the Top 10 nationally in nearly every major statistical category. While a member of the Falcons’ staff, Josh has coached future NFL stars, Mark Glowinski, Lorenzo Taliaferro, Jarell Broxton, Jermaine Eluemunor, Trevon Wesco, and Juwan Green. In 2016, the Falcons’ offense set 10 Northeast Football Conference records while boasting the top passer and receiver in the conference, as well as 5 players in the top 10 in rushing. In 2019 the Falcons’ offense averaged over 37 points per game en route to an NJCAA National Championship appearance. In 2021, QB Barry Brown broke every school passing record as the Falcons went 7-3 and finished in the top 3 in the NJCAA in every major passing category. Under Josh’s command, the Falcons have averaged over 42 points and 427 total yards per game and have also had 11 players named NJCAA All-Americans.
