We offer a weekend full of meals, beverages & beer for our coaches and need help in supporting these costs. Please consider one of the following options to help support our clinic. We assure you that one of the main focuses of our clinic is to market all of our exhibitors and sponsors. Your name & company will be promoted heavily throughout the entire clinic. Your representatives also have the opportunity to introduce Speakers before every session. The reps can introduce themselves,
give a quick rundown of your products & services, invite coaches to stop by the booth during break out sessions and then introduce the Speaker of the next session. It gives your rep minute to get in front of all of the coaches before every session and continuously promote your company. We have booths and sponsorships still available for our 2023 show. - BOOTH SPECS: Booth size is approximately 8×10 with one 6’ table plus two chairs
and an exhibit booth ID sign. Tables are covered and draped. Pricing is below. - EXHIBIT SECURITY: Overnight security will be available however all booths are recommended to be secured at all times by the Exhibitor.
- EXHIBIT LOADING & UNLOADING: Loading dock area is very close and convenient

Gold Level: $5,000
Includes double booth, logos on all printed marketing materials, our website and company will be included in all email marketing leading up to and after the clinic. Thousands of emails are sent out on a weekly basis from November to March to coaches in PA, MD, NY, NJ, DE & VA. Plus you will receive primary booth placement, featured exhibitor ads throughout the course of the weekend.
PLATINUM SPONSOR: $10,000
TITLE SPONSOR. Includes all of the benefits of Gold Level Sponsor in addition to the following: Your company name & logo will be listed on all marketing materials as the sponsor of the entire clinic. Everything will be promoted as The Coaches Academy Clinic Presented by “Your Company” This is an opportunity to market your brand to at least 400 coaches who attend the event PLUS the thousands of coaches who receive all of our marketing materials and emails.
